Returns

If you wish to return your order or part of it, you can do so within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt. In order for your return to be accepted, it is necessary to follow the steps below.

Return of Defective Products

  1. Contact us by phone at +30 2112221573 or by sending an email at contact@oggi.shop, informing us about the problem you encountered and which product(s) you wish to return.
  2. Pack the product or products in the original packaging in which they were sent. If this is not possible, please make sure to pack them as best as possible to avoid damage in transit. All products you include must be in their original condition, unaltered, unused or unmodified. It is also important to include the proof of purchase in the return package.
  3. Send your parcel through an ACS Courier branch, with recipient shipping costs (charged by us), to the following address only: Roumelis 16, Acharnes, ZIP: 13672
  4. Once we receive your package, we will check to determine the problem, and they will be immediately replaced with others and sent to you free of charge. In the event that you have chosen you would like a refund when contacting us for the return, we will proceed with a refund of the full amount (cost of ordered products + shipping) to the original payment method of the order.

Return of Non Defective Products

  1. Contact us by phone at +30 2112221573 or by sending an email at contact@oggi.shop, informing us about the problem you encountered and which product(s) you wish to return.
  2. Pack the product or products in the original packaging in which they were sent. If this is not possible, please make sure to pack them as best as possible to avoid damage in transit. All products you include must be in their original condition, unaltered, unused or unmodified. It is also important to include the proof of purchase in the return package.
  3. Send your parcel through an ACS Courier branch, with the sender’s shipping costs (your own charge), to the following address only: Roumelis 16, Acharnes, ZIP: 13672
  4. Once we receive your package, we will check that the products you have returned to us are indeed in their original, undamaged condition, and will promptly exchange them for others or refund the original payment method (whichever you choose).

Important Information

For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned: Foundation, Color Creams, Primers, Concealers, Powders, Blush, Bronzers, Highlighters and Illuminators, Eye Pencils, Eyeliners, Mascara, Shadows, Lip Pencils, Lipsticks, Lip Plumpers, Lip Gloss, Lip Balm, Lip Oil, Eyebrow Pencils, Eyebrow Mascara, Eyebrow Shadows, Nail Polish.

  • Returns are accepted only at the following address of the company: Roumelis 16, Acharnes, ZIP: 13672, and at no other address or in physical Oggi stores.
  • The changes only apply to orders shipped within Greece.
  • Once we receive your returned order and the return conditions are met, our company will issue a refund which you will receive within 15 working days (provided you have opted for a refund instead of an exchange with another product(s) or there is no longer sufficient stock of the product(s) you want)
